We attach great importance to transparency. Therefore, we would like to give you an overview of our price structures. We generally charge for our services in accordance with the statutory Tax Consultant Fee Ordinance (StBVV). The fee for services such as accounting, annual financial statements and tax returns is made up of the value of the matter and the fee rate.

A transparent remuneration policy is very important to us, so we are happy to discuss the fees with you in advance. For traditional accounting, we bill our services in accordance with the German Tax Advisor Remuneration Ordinance (StBVV), whereby we - like all other tax advisors - usually base our fees on the average orientate. The fee incurred is calculated on the basis of the value in dispute and the fee rate. The value of the matter in hand results from the values of the annual accounting and are very individual. The fee rate is the adjusting screw of the consultant where depending on the work intensity.

However, we have created 3 price categories, ahead you can choose:

Price category 1 (Light package):
Fee rate:               7/10
Scope of services:
- Preparation of accounting
- Preparation of advance sales tax returns and tax returns during the year
- Cash and bank audit for shortfalls
- Reconciliation of the trial balance listc
- Provision of business evaluation (BWA)
Prerequisite:      
- Use of DATEV Unternehmen online or DATEV Mittelstand Faktura
- Electronic transfer of your account data (account statement manager or DATEV Unternehmen online)

Preiskategorie 2 (Basis-Paket):
Fee rate:               8/10
Scope of services:
- Light package
- Telephone and e-mail support on all accounting issues
- Recording depreciation during the year (quality BWA)
- Keeping an open item list about customers and suppliers
- Provision of business evaluation (BWA)
- Provision Development overview (figures and graphic)
- "Mid-year or fall meeting" on earnings and taxes
Prerequisite:    
- Use of DATEV Unternehmen online or DATEV Mittelstand Faktura
- Electronic transfer of your account data (account statement manager or DATEV Unternehmen online)

Price category 3 (Basic Plus Package):
Fee rate:               9/10
Scope of services:
- Basic package
- monthly 30min tax consulting
Prerequisite:
- Use of software with DATEV interface
- Electronic transfer of your account data

Starter Package Full Commercial:

Price: 499,00 €*

Package:

1) 5 consulting hours (value: 1.000 €)
2) Tax registration at the tax office (value: 150 €)
3) 3 months DATEV Unternehmen online (value: approx. 50 €) (from the 4th month the fee will be charged directly by DATEV)
4) Setup employer master data in the payroll program (value: 100 €)
5) Application for the company number at the Federal Employment Agency (value: 100 €)

Prerequisite:  - First and only source of income at the time of foundation
- Contractual commitment to our firm for at least 3 years

We have developed an all-in-one package with which we support you 100% online and fully automated. All you have to do is provide us with all the relevant information about your property/property digitally and we will take care of the rest - on time and without complications.

Total price per statement: 357,00 € incl. VAT

If you change to our firm and your previous consultant used DATEV, we will take care of the complete relocation of your data for you. This saves you time and bureaucracy and allows you to concentrate on your business.

Here we raise a removal fee of 150,00 €*.

For data outside DATEV we charge a time fee of 125,00 €*/hour
